Our mission is to help clients do what they thought they couldn’t by developing the body’s movement system. In order to achieve this mission, we put our relationship with clients at the center of everything we do. We strive to learn as much about our clients as possible so that we are equipped to provide a hyper-individualized service that caters to the unique needs and experiences of each individual we work with. We execute our unique approach through 5 essential stages to support and advise each client every step of the way.

TELL US ABOUT YOU

Before your first session, we ask all of our clients to fill out our Exercise History Form so that we can familiarize ourselves with the client’s goals, and their exercise, injury and nutrition history. This will help us better understand how we can cater to each client’s individual needs and experiences.

GETTING TO  KNOW YOU

Our first meeting will involve a Movement Screening Examination. This will help us assess your strengths and weakness so that we can locate and correct any bad habits that may inhibit you from achieving your goals.

STEPPING TOWARDS  YOUR GOAL

We collate and examine all the information we gathered from your Exercise History Form and the Movement Screening Examination to produce a Movement Examination Report. We share and discuss our findings with you so that we are better equipped to prescribe a truly individualized exercise program based on your unique set of experiences.

ALWAYS WITH YOU

We optimize our training programs for specific goal oriented results. JimFit is committed to monitoring you every step of the way to ensure that the advanced movement practices we’ve prescribed are being carried out correctly.

ADAPTING AND CHANGING WITH YOUR NEEDS

We will schedule a reassessment with you every 2-4 weeks, depending on your needs. During this reassessment, we’ll review your goals, see how you’re feeling about the program and assess your progression. If there has been little progression we find out why, intervene and make the necessary changes to make sure the program continuously adapts to your needs.
